Shipping & Delivery Times
Domestic (United States): After processing, orders are typically delivered within a few business days, for an average total time from order to doorstep of about one week.
International: International orders are shipped via FedEx and typically delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination. Please note that total time includes our 3–5 business day processing window before shipment, and international deliveries may experience additional delays due to customs clearance.
Customs, Duties & Import Fees (International Orders) All orders ship from our U.S. fulfillment center under Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) terms. This means international customers may be responsible for paying customs duties or import fees when receiving their package. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total or shipping charges. Please be aware that there may be delays in delivery due to customs-clearing processes.
Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll receive an email containing a tracking number so you can follow your package to delivery.
Shipping Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once an order enters fulfillment we're unable to change the address, so accuracy is important to avoid delays or lost packages. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
Delays While we work to ship every order on time, occasional delays can occur due to high demand, carrier issues, weather, or customs processing. We appreciate your patience and are happy to help track down any order that seems delayed.
