Final Sale – Hygiene Products
Our products are personal care and cosmetic items. For health and hygiene reasons, all sales are final once a product has been opened or its seal has been broken. Opened or used products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We stand behind every order. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@myuniclab.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will make it right with a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Unopened Items
If you wish to return an unopened item with its seal intact, please contact us at support@myuniclab.com within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. To exercise this right, the item must be unopened, unused, with its seal intact, and in its original packaging. As permitted by EU consumer law, opened cosmetic and personal care products are excluded from this right for hygiene reasons.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect a returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@myuniclab.com.
