30-Day Money-Back Guarantee We want you to love your piece. If you're not completely happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible, items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging. Simply contact us at support@myuniclab.com with your order number to start a return.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items We stand behind every order. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@myuniclab.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

How to Return To start a return, email us at support@myuniclab.com within 30 days of delivery. We'll provide instructions. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, in addition to our 30-day guarantee. Items must be unworn and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@myuniclab.com.
